The ULTRA 5 leader is back! Another name that springs to mind is Howe Gelb. Had he spent his youth in a barn or a basement he probably sound just like Bob Uhr. It is some kind of mix between garage punk, americana and some Velvet Underground and Johnny Thunder psychotic, semi-acoustic desert music. Raw, shambolic juju blues for a lazy road movie.
